Information you choose to share

When you send a project enquiry, Lumis Digital receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, project type and brief. Please share only the information needed to understand and respond to your enquiry.

How that information is used

Enquiry information is used to review your request, contact you about it and agree possible next steps. Lumis Digital does not sell information submitted through this website.

Forms and service providers

The website is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and may apply technical measures intended to detect abuse. Email and WhatsApp conversations are also handled by their respective providers under their own privacy terms.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is retained while a conversation or project is active. If an enquiry does not become a client engagement, Lumis Digital deletes its copies within 12 months of the last contact. Client, project, transaction and accounting records may be retained for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information you previously supplied, subject to those obligations.
